A real estate organization in Boston, MA seeks an Assistant Vice President of Tax to join their growing team.

Vaccination Requirements: none
Must Haves:
8-10+ years of experience
Real Estate/REIT partnership tax experience
Tax research & analysis, modeling, and structuring experience
Preferences:
CPA
Job Description:
Handle day to day tax operations
Maintain knowledge of new and proposed tax legislation and laws and ensure corporate compliance.
Work with tax partners and internal finance team to identify and research tax issues and generate solutions
Review complex corporate, trust, partnership and individual tax returns.
Develop tax structures and create models for investments showcasing the tax adjusted returns for investors.
